Free use

The service is free to use for personal and commercial projects. Generated names are public-domain combinations of common letter patterns and we claim no copyright over them. You are responsible for clearing trademark, regional registration, and any other legal requirements before using a name commercially.

No warranty

The service is provided as-is. .com availability is verified through Cloudflare public DNS at the moment you view a name, and DNS state can change. A name shown as available is not a reservation; the only way to secure a domain is to register it with a registrar. Trademark search shortcuts are pointers to public databases, not legal advice.

Limitation of liability

Choppy Toast is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
